This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free internet access, friendly staff, and great breakfast. On my first visit, they helped print my boarding pass. I always feel welcome here. Highly recommend for a smooth stay!

Big hype, little substance

I expected more from this hotel. While the spacious room was comfortable, I encountered maintenance issues like a broken bathtub faucet and inconsistent cleanliness. The front desk staff, despite being friendly, struggled with reservation issues. Parking was limited, and the noisy pool area was disappointing. It's an experience I won't repeat.

The lobby was bright and cute, with plenty of seating and easy access for seniors like me. I felt right at home with the comfy chairs and beautiful decor. Perfect!

stayed here for 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with good and easy location in the lavatory area. the service was great, the staff were friendly. location: the property was near to augusta for business, local shops and restaurant. a few times i ate at plate o pasta, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The spacious room was beautifully equipped and recently renovated. Morning breakfasts were a highlight, thanks to the warm breakfast bar and attentive hostess who kept everything clean and well-stocked. I encountered some issues with insufficient staff support when I faced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which detracted from my overall experience.

The indoor pool was warm and inviting, a perfect escape from the cold outside. My kids couldn't get enough of it, and the staff were attentive to our needs.

Despite the fun, we faced significant disruptions when loud dogs next door kept us awake through the night, impacting our family's much-needed rest.

my stay was fantastic as the hotel was very close to many dining options like Big T's Seafood Restaurant just a short stroll away and attractions like the Signal Corps Museum just about 6 km away, making it easy to explore the city's gems while enjoying the beautiful park views in between those adventures.

The room I stayed in was spacious and wonderfully equipped, with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast spread was excellent with fresh fruit and hot items that really started my day off right. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
